Students also have access to ‘Qube’, our virtual learning environment. Here both learners and employers can access learning materials assessment and support, as well as leaving feedback for us.

Tailoring curriculum development
Increasingly, we work with employers to develop tailored curricula to ensure training meets your specific needs, regardless of the size of your business. Apprenticeship frameworks are highly flexible, so never think you can’t get what you need. And as your business evolves, so can the training programme.
Help with planning
Our development team work with a raft of different businesses, to help them scope out opportunities for apprenticeships within their business.
We’ll work through a needs analysis with you and identify the best solution for you.
You may have existing staff that are ready for up-skilling, or even re-training. Or you may identify areas where additional staffing needs or skills gaps can be best, and most cost-effectively, filled by apprentices.
We recognise that no two businesses will have the same needs. Hence our consultancy planning service will focus on you as an individual.
There’s no obligation. Maybe you just need to explore your options.
Our approach is to:
- Understand your business
- Identify your needs and scope your requirements
- Recommend and plan suitable programmes
- Advise on employment regulations and requirements, including health and safety, safeguarding (safe working practices, and equality and diversity
