Our first year students have been very busy this year on the new UAL syllabus which has allowed them more creative freedom than ever before. Come and see the results of all their hard work at a gig that combines an eclectic mix of original music and covers of well-known favourites. Managed from start to finish by the students themselves, this gig promises to be an event that will stay with you for years to come.

Our talented second year music students present their final gig before they leave us, many to go on to higher education music performance and production courses. Join us at the Playhouse Harlow for a celebration of music, hard work and friendship. Featuring four bands and a wide variety of different genres of music, this is an evening’s entertainment not to be missed. Bar on site, parking nearby in the Harvey Centre car park.

Spring Awakening
Our talented first year, second year and Level 2 students present an abridged production of this coming-of-age musical drama, interspersed with rock and pop songs, set in 1891 Germany. The musical handles sensitive issues including suicide and sexual awakening - themes that are relevant to today’s society - bringing them to the forefront for discussion.
