Maintenance Operations Apprenticeship

If you're keen to earn money whilst you train to become a fully qualified tradesperson then an apprenticeship may be for you. An apprenticeship in Maintenance Operations will equip you with the necessary experience and training required for you to progress in your career. You'll work closely with an experienced employer while in the workplace and learn from our hugely experienced team of tutors at the College. You'll not only become a qualified maintenance operative, you'll also learn all aspects of working on site.

Manufacturing Engineering Apprenticeship

This high-quality programme of engineering training is designed for talented apprentices who have completed an advanced level apprenticeship, or hold equivalent qualifications. You’ll work towards achieving engineering technician or incorporated engineer status in your field of specialisation. You’ll learn advanced skills and complete a Level 4 NVQ in engineering leadership. You’ll also take a relevant Higher National Certificate, Higher National Diploma, or Foundation Degree, which could lead to progression to an honours degree in engineering technology. You’ll also learn how to write reports, use IT and work effectively in a team.

Mathematics A Level

The study of mathematics is intellectually challenging and forms the basis of many scientific disciplines. This course covers a variety of mathematics subjects, the specifics of which depend on the units completed.

Media Studies AS & A Level

Motor Vehicle Level 1

This course is suitable for anyone interested in working in the vehicle repair/maintenance industry. It is designed to maximise opportunities for progression onto an apprenticeship programme where you can work towards becoming a fully qualified Motor Vehicle specialist.

Motor Vehicle Level 2

This qualification will give you a good foundation of knowledge on the motor vehicle and its sub-systems. The practical assignments will allow you to practise and experience the maintenance activities associated with the service of light vehicles.

MS Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012

This course provides the skills and knowledge necessary to implement a core Windows Server infrastructure. On successful completion of this course you will have the ability to implement and configure Windows Server core services, such as Active Directory and the networking services.

Music BTEC Extended Diploma

This exciting course develops your understanding of the broad subject of music. You will explore music performance, composition, music theory and harmony, live sound, the music industry, improvisation and music technology, and take part in a number of public performances.
