Earn. Learn. Succeed.

Get skilled, get paid and get the qualifications and training you need.

If you're 16+ and you've left education you can become an apprentice. You just need to find a job. There's no upper age limit.

If you employ an apprentice they'll add value to your business and you'll benefit from the new apprenticeship levy.

Earn while you learn

You'll get the appropriate Apprenticeship Minimum Wage for your age. Your employer may choose to pay you more.

A real job

You'll work for at least 30 hours a week. There are Apprenticeships at Intermediate, Advanced and Higher (degree) level, covering many different industries and job roles ranging from social media to engineering.

A real qualification

You'll get a high quality nationally recognised qualification, respected by employers around the world.

A real future

After finishing your Apprenticeship, it's very likely you'll continue in employment. Two-thirds of apprentices stay with the same employer. A third of all apprentices get promotion within a year of finishing. Of those in work, three quarters of apprentices take on more responsibility in their job. Employers think that qualified apprentices are more employable than those with other qualifications.
