About the course

Learn the basic skills and techniques of Beauty Therapy. You have the opportunity to try out your practical skills on your fellow students and the final assessment of these skills will be carried out by applying treatments to paying members of the public.

Entry requirements

4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above, ideally one of which is English.

Beauty kit, uniform, shoes, A4 lever arch files, pens, textbook. Approx cost £230.

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed by two end of year written examinations, synoptic practical assessment and portfolio presentation and homework.
