About the course
The creative writing course has been designed to harness your creativity and develop your English language and writing skills. You will work within a range of mediums and develop stories to be told on a number of different formats, including print, TV, radio, and stage. The course will develop your appreciation of existing works and develop your skills as a writer and storyteller.
Diploma in Creative Media Production and Technology
4 GCSE grades at 2 – 3 or equivalent and a minimum Level 1 diagnostic in Maths and English.
Who is it suitable for?
Anyone looking hoping to start a career as an author, script writer, playwright, or working within the publishing industry.
UAL (University of the Arts London)
You will learn how to craft your own original stories, develop characters, improve dialogue, shape plot and pace stories effectively. Classes will focus on improving your spelling and grammar, and enhance your appreciation of existing works in an effort to improve your own material. Working within a number of different mediums, and across a series of genre you will be given freedom to choose what content you want to create.
Classes are taught face-to-face in a classroom setting in one of our mac suites. You will receive 1-2-1 tutorials to help nurture and develop your work.
