Natasha Jones, Teacher

Hi, my name is Natasha Jones and I have been working at Harlow College since 2016. Like many young people I didn't know what career path to follow when I left College. When an apprenticeship for a teaching assistant position became available I felt that this would be my chosen path. I am now a qualified teacher and learner mentor for the Links Plus group, teaching a range of projects such as Health and Wellbeing and Employment. I feel very privileged to work with such a great team where I get to support so many amazing young people who inspire me every day, watching each individual grow in confidence and move on to achieve great things.
