Enrolment FAQs

I was supposed to enrol today but I can’t make it. How do I book another appointment?

You will be contacted by the College to rebook your enrolment appointment. Alternatively, you could drop our Admissions Team an email to schedule another time. Please subject header your email, ‘Rebook my appointment’. Where course places are limited, priority will be given to those who enrol first. We cannot complete your enrolment until you have attended.

I haven’t received any enrolment information, what do I do?

Double check your SPAM and Junk folders, if you still haven’t received anything please contact our Admissions Team to confirm your contact details: Please subject header your email, ‘I haven’t received my enrolment information’

When does College start?

Your course will start during w/c 5 September with an induction to help familiarise yourself with your course and the college. Your formal learning will begin the following week.

Will I be on my own at enrolment?

You will be in a group of around 30 students who will be enrolling on the same or similar course to you. You will receive a presentation from your delivery team, a health and safety talk and receive your College iPad and your Student ID. In order to keep number on campus to a minimum we do ask you to attend your enrolment appointment alone.

What happens if you haven’t received the GCSE Results you were hoping for?

Try not to worry. Still upload your GCSE’s onto our system (via your enrolment pack). Someone will be in touch to discuss your grades and course offer. You will have the opportunity to book an appointment with our Careers Advisers too.

How do I upload my GCSE Results?

Find our Enrolment Information email sent from Admissions, click the link in the email and follow the instructions.

How long does the Enrolment appointment last?

Your Enrolment appointment will be roughly 1hour 45 minutes. You will receive a presentation from your delivery team, a health and safety talk, you will be issued your College iPad and receive your Student ID.

Is there disabled parking available?

Please contact us on 01279 868111 to arrange a parking space on campus.

If you’re enrolling at Stansted Airport College there are disabled parking spaces available.

Can I bring a parent to my enrolment appointment with me?

In order to keep number on campus to a minimum we have asked students to come alone to their enrolment appointment unless they have additional support needs. You can be dropped off at the college entrance but there is no parking available on campus.

We do ask you to attend your enrolment appointment alone.
