Care to Learn
If you are aged 19 or under on the date your College course begins, you may be eligible for financial support with childcare costs through the Care to Learn scheme.
This government-funded initiative is designed to help young parents continue their education by covering childcare expenses while they study. The support can include:
- Childcare costs during your timetabled lessons
- Travel expenses to and from your childcare provider
To qualify, you must:
- Be aged 19 or under at the start of your course
- Be the main carer for your child
- Be enrolled on a publicly funded course at Harlow College
- Use a registered childcare provider
