About the course
This Access course is designed for students to gain entry to approved degrees that offer Criminology/ Criminal Justice & Policing Studies. The course is specifically designed to cater for students who want to learn about crime, psychology and the criminal justice system. They will gain a criminology and criminal psychology foundation and explore topics such as offender profiling, stalking psychopathology, gender, race and discrimination, crime scene investigation.

2.5 days week for 30 weeks

Maths and English at Grade 4 or C or above
Who is it suitable for?
19+ learners who are interested in studying a degree in criminology and/or a policing higher apprenticeship. This course will prepare students to pursue undergraduate degrees in this field and prepare them for careers in policy, research, policing, social care and welfare, social work, and prisons.
