Harlow College rewarded for its inclusive workplace

Harlow College has been recognised in the Top 100 Inclusive UK Employers Index 2025 for its strong commitment to embedding the FREDIE principles across the organisation.
FREDIE - Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement - forms the foundation of a genuinely inclusive culture. Delivered by The National Centre for Diversity, FREDIE training supports organisations in becoming fair, equitable and inclusive environments for all.
Working with more than 1,000 organisations across a wide range of sectors, the Centre has developed a robust framework that helps build inclusive cultures and drive organisational success.
