BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL for this event as we are operating staggered entry times to ensure we can maintain a safe and comfortable visit for you.
Don’t worry if you’re unable to arrive exactly at the time you have booked. For example, if you have booked 5pm – 5.30pm, you can arrive any time between these times. You can then stay at the College for as long as you like.

SEND Early Access Open Evening
Open evenings can feel busy or stressful, so this early session is specifically for students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) and their parents or carers who prefer a quieter and calmer atmosphere.
We have arranged a bespoke presentation in a quiet space. You do not have to do everything and you can go at your own pace.
What will happen this evening?
- 4.15pm – Quiet arrival at college
- 4.30pm – Short SEND information talk in a dedicated quiet area
- 4.45pm – Time for questions
After this, you can:
- Join a supported campus tour
- Walk around on your own
- Leave if you want
