This qualification provides a suitable way to meet the development and qualification needs of a variety of roles and job titles, including Care workers, Care Supervisors, Senior Care Workers or Supervising Care Workers, Senior Support Workers, Relief Team Leaders, Outreach Development Workers. Achievement of the level 3 Diploma can lead to promotion as Senior carer, or progression to university to become a midwife, General Nursing, Learning Disability Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, paramedic, Social Worker.
