The warehousing and storage of goods is an essential part of logistics operations within a business. Roles within this industry require great skill and organisation to coordinate the demand and supply of goods and ultimately meet customer needs.

Web Application Development Level 5

The course delivers the practical skills to design, create, build and test a web-based software application. Course content is designed to develop learners’ proficiency in the most relevant and sought after coding languages and tools. Learners work through a series of four immersive projects through guided learning hours supported by online tutoring, mentoring and community activities. Peer-to-peer student support is provided via active Slack channels.

This Level 1 Certificate for Introduction to Customer Services qualification allows you to gain the knowledge and skills required for working in customer service roles. During the course you will complete units such as applying procedures for customer service, dealing with queries and requests, recording customer problems and positive communication with customers. 

Working in the Hospitality Industry

Our Hospitality course is designed to enable progression into securing employment within the hospitality industry. On completion of the course you will gain a Level 1 Certificate in Skills for Hospitality and Catering, and a Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety.
