Accounts / Finance Assistant Apprenticeship

This qualification will prepare apprentices for junior and entry-level accounting roles. It delivers a solid foundation in finance administration, covering areas such as double entry bookkeeping and basic costing principles. Learners will then move on to mastering more complex accounting disciplines including financial processes, advanced bookkeeping, final accounts and ethical practices for accountants. The Advanced Diploma in Accounting qualification is at level 3 - equivalent to A-levels - and will equip apprentices with skills that can be directly applied in their roles.

Assistant Accountant Level 3 Apprenticeship

BTEC Business – Level 1

This course will give students the potential opportunity to progress to the level 2 qualification in business, or to develop skills that will be valuable in a variety of full-time employment opportunities.

BTEC Business – Level 2

This course will give students the potential opportunity to progress to employment or progress within employment in a wide range of job roles across the business sector and digital industries, for example in roles such as business administrator, finance assistant, HR assistant and marketing assistant and a lot more.

Business Higher National Certificate

The Pearson BTEC HNC in Business course will provide you with a well-rounded and challenging programme of study. The engaging programme will cover essential business and management knowledge, practical skills that are relevant for successful progression to the HND in Business, into the world of work or a related degree.

A Level 4 Higher National Certificate (HNC) is a vocational Higher Education course. A full-time HNC takes one year to complete or two part-time.  An HNC is one level below an HND (it's generally equivalent to the first year at university). This will be carried out through pre-blended learning using HN Online.

A Level 5 Higher National Diploma (HND), is a work-related course provided by higher and further education colleges in the UK. A full-time HND takes two years to complete, including the HNC year. Generally, an HND is equivalent to two years at university. Graduates can gain entry into their final (third) year at university and obtain the Honours Degree.

If you are interested in a career in Business and/or are seeking to progress further in your career, or starting your own business then the nationally recognised HND course is ideal for you.

Business Level 3

This course offers the potential opportunity to progress to employment in a wide range of job roles across the business sector and digital industries – for example in roles such as business administrator, finance assistant, HR assistant and marketing assistant and a lot more.

Business Support Level 2

This course provides the basic business skills required by industry and provides a progression route to Level 3 courses or a Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

A customer service advisor plays an important role within a business organisation. Employers recognise the key role customer-facing staff play in determining the quality of the customer experience and increasing customer loyalty. The economy is increasingly service-led, with more and more customer demands for better and individualised service. Employers estimated there to be 113,000 new jobs in customer service in England during 2004-2014, which is continuing to increase. As a Customer Service Apprentice, your exact duties will depend on your employer. It's likely that you'll be working with a team or member of staff to handle various tasks. You may be communicating effectively with customers face to face, in writing, or by telephone, resolving problems and improving customer relations, promoting products and services, keeping records, gathering customer feedback. This type of work requires strong communication, negotiation and flexibility skills. One of the great things about Customer Service is that you can work almost anywhere, with your transferable skills; you could be working in a hotel, large global organisation or maybe a charity. Customer Service roles are also an excellent starting point to progress into different market sectors, start your own business or move into management once you have more experience.

Events Assistant Apprenticeship

An Events Assistant is an entry level position, typically working within a team of people in an events company or within the events department of a larger organisation. This course involves the development and demonstration of skills and knowledge across 3 broad areas: operational, professional and commercial.

Law A Level (BTEC Certificate & Extended Certificate)

The BTEC Law course gives you an understanding of the English legal system and will not only give you a taste of what it is like to study law but also what it is may be like to work in the legal profession. This course is designed to provide you with the skills that you will require working in the legal sector. However it is also a recognised Level 3 qualification which is accepted by most universities. This qualification may be mixed with other A Levels to provide access to higher education, or used directly to help secure employment within various sectors, including the legal sector.

Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship

The Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute. Staff learn on the job, applying new skills to their existing role. It is ideal for those who are, or who wish to become, Operational/Departmental Managers, or existing managers who have practical management skills, but wish to develop their theoretical understanding further.

Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship

The recruitment consultant apprenticeship is aimed at someone who works within a recruitment function of an organisation. Their role is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function. They may also be required to identify new business opportunities.

Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship

The Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship is for someone who can take responsibility for managing a team or discrete project. They can support, manage and develop team members, manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources. They can take responsibility for delivering operational plan, resolving problems and building relations.
