The Harlow College 'Oscars' took place on Tuesday 11th July at Cineworld Harlow, where students from Media and Animation were celebrated and awarded for their stunning creative projects.

The builders and diggers have moved in and concrete is being poured into the foundations as today marked the first stage of construction of the new £11 million Stansted Airport College .

Harlow College, in partnership with Stansted Airport, has today moved closer to its vision of developing a flagship Professional and Technical Skills Centre at Stansted Airport.

London Stansted Airport and Harlow College have submitted a planning application to build a new technical skills college at the airport – the first of its kind at any airport in the country.

Individuals with a Level 4 or 5 can earn up to 45% more than those with lower level qualifications

Studying a HNC/D or a Level 4 qualification will improve the range and number of different job roles you could do.

You can stay and study locally without the expense of moving away.

You can decide to study for 1 year and gain an HNC, or 2 years for an HND. You can also choose to complete a final year of at University to top up your HND to an Honours Degree.

You can study part-time with day time and evening study options available. We will also help you find a role with one our many employer partners if you are not already working.

Stand out from the crowd

You can study one of our Level 4 courses if you have at least one A Level, a Level 3 Certificate or industry experience. You may also be able to study Maths/English alongside your course if you have not yet achieved these at grade C/4 or above.

Partners in the new Stansted Airport College project met recently at the proposed site for an Inception Workshop session. All aspects of the logistics and planning of the new facility were discussed.

HNC/Ds have a vocational focus and you develop the skills employers are looking for. Our Level 4 courses allow you to develop the practical and technical skills that are highly sought after by employers.
