About the course
This qualification is for those individuals who are looking to work in the transport industry specifically as a light vehicle technician. A light vehicle technician has the skills and knowledge to inspect, service and repair light vehicles. Learners will gain an understanding of the skills and knowledge that are important when working as a light vehicle technician or progressing to further learning and training in this area. This qualification is suitable for anyone over 16 years old

Externally marked MCQ exam The exam 201 Principles of health and safety and customer service covers units 001, 002, 003 and 009
Practical assignment The assignment covers units 001, 002, 004, 005, 006 and 008. The practical assignment is externally set and internally marked with external verification.
